About Ruben Dario

 

Ruben Dario Housing Co-operative is a family and pet friendly community of townhomes. It is located in a safe and mature neighbourhood.

 

Being part of a co-op is similar to living in a condominium. There is a volunteer board and tenants vote to make decisions for the whole complex. There are several co-op meetings and family events each year and co-op members volunteer to keep the property in great condition. It’s a friendly place where you will get to know your neighbors and feel part of a larger community.

 

Many units have been recently updated and feature laminate flooring in the living room and carpet up stairs and in the bedrooms. If you have a green thumb there is plenty of room to unleash your creativity in your front yard and spacious fenced-in back yard. We have an onsite playground on the grounds as well.

 

Neighbourhood

Ruben Dario is located in the Carlisle neighbourhood in the Castledowns area of north west Edmonton. This community features extensive parklands, offering excellent outdoor recreation opportunities for residents. The main elementary school in the neighbourhood is St. Timothy Catholic Elementary School. We are also close to Edmonton Islamic Academy. The neighbourhood also has a great community league centre that offers a variety of recreational activities to residents.

There are many retail outlets nearby, including, restaurants, pubs, movie theatre, grocery stores and other establishments.
